Insights into the Revised PRIIPs RTS Proposal

Some pressure never hurts and on Feb 5th, 2021, the new PRIIPs RTS proposal drafted by the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) is available on the ESMA website. In this revised RTS, some items have been replaced, whereas others were amended and some new elements have been added. An example of a new addition, is the brand new Annex VIII which deals with the presentation of past performance. This revised RTS answers a lot of questions and adds clarity. But it is already clear today that another review is just around the corner...
